Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google we receive only your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We never request or receive your Google password.

We also store your language preference (Arabic or English) and the creation and last-update timestamps of your account.

Once you are signed in, we store with your account the price alerts you create, the shapes you draw per symbol (shape type, time and price only), and your workspace preset (which studies are on, the timeframe, the visible range, and the last instrument you opened), so alerts can run on the server and the same workspace opens on your devices. Without signing in, drawings and the workspace preset stay in your browser alone.

We do not collect financial data, brokerage account numbers, or payment methods.

To create your account, identify you at sign-in, show your name and picture inside the app, and remember preferences such as language and text direction.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.

We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate visits and in-app navigation paths. These measurements are not used to identify an individual.

We also measure, first-party, time spent on a page, navigation-link clicks, and arrivals at the contact page. These are tied to a random per-visit id stored in the browser that disappears when the tab closes — no names, e-mail addresses, or IP addresses.

Candle prices are fetched from public endpoints of free market-data sources. Those requests carry no identifying information about you, and we never send your identity to a data source.

We keep your account data for as long as the account exists. You may request full deletion of your account and data at the email below; requests are completed within thirty days.

Access to account data is restricted by row-level security policies, so no user can read or modify another user's data. All traffic to the service is encrypted over HTTPS.
