The service does not provide investment recommendations, portfolio management, or order execution, and is not financial advice in any form.

Prices are fetched from external public data sources and may be delayed, interrupted, or contain gaps. We do not guarantee their accuracy or continuity.

Any trading decision based on what the screen shows is your sole responsibility; trading carries the risk of capital loss.

Sign-in is handled through your Google account. You are responsible for protecting your account and for all activity conducted through it.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or circumvent usage limits.

The rendering engine, pattern-detection algorithms, time-series memory design, interface, and brand are the property of ChartXpert, Inc. They may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the service, its interruption, or errors in third-party source data.

We may update these terms; an update takes effect on the date it is published on this page. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
