Price alerts in ChartXpert watch your level around the clock: when it is crossed you get an instant phone notification and then an e-mail copy carrying the symbol, the level, and the crossing time, even with the chart closed. Any symbol can be muted on its own, and an alert can repeat.
How to set an alert
From your account page you pick the venue, the symbol, the direction — crossing above or dropping below — and the price level. Enable phone notifications once and alerts arrive on the device instantly.

An alert on the trend line you drew
A rising support or a falling resistance never sits at one number. Draw the line on the chart, select it, and press the bell: the line's two endpoints are stored and the alert level is recomputed at every check, climbing or falling with the line until price reaches it.

Keeping the noise down

What is the difference between a one-shot and a repeating alert?
A one-shot alert closes after its first hit; a repeating one stays active but waits for price to pull away from the level and come back before sending again, and each notification carries its touch number. You can switch the mode at any time from the alert's tag card on the chart or from your account page.
